WOOL BARN LIMITED knits jumpers, cardigans, knitted dresses, sets and vests in small lots. We supply a short list of independent shops and take made-to-specification work for buyers who know their gauge.

Stocking our range

Trade pricing applies from an opening order of 24 units, mixed across styles and sizes. Reorders have no minimum. Lead time on trade orders is longer than retail because they enter a dedicated run — tell us your delivery date and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.

Made to specification

We supply a short list of independent shops and take made-to-specification work. What is worth knowing before you enquire:

  • Opening order of 18 units, mixed across styles and sizes. Reorders have no minimum but join the normal lot queue.
  • Custom colour needs its own dye lot, which sets a higher minimum than our stock colours. Stock colours have no surcharge.
  • We knit to your gauge and your block if you have them. If you do not, adapting one of ours is straightforward; developing a block from scratch takes two or three fitting rounds and should be budgeted as its own project.
  • We will knit a sealed sample for approval before the main lot. Nothing goes on the machines until you have signed it off.
  • Not every design is knittable at every gauge. Send a sketch or a reference garment and we will tell you honestly what the machines can and cannot hold.

What to include in your enquiry

  1. Your company name and where you are based
  2. Which product types you are interested in
  3. Approximate quantity and how often you would reorder
  4. Any deadline you are working to
  5. For custom work: fibre, colour and any reference images
