Size Guide
All sizes are UK sizes. Knitwear is worn with ease, so the garment measurement runs above the body measurement on purpose — compare against a jumper you already own rather than against your own chest. We knit to a tight gauge, so pieces relax about a centimetre in the first few wears and then stay there.
Jumpers, cardigans and vests
Lay the garment flat, measure across the chest one inch below the armhole, then double it. That is the number in the third column.

Knitted dresses
Dresses follow the same bust sizing, with hip and length added. Rib knits give more than plain knits, so if you are between sizes in a rib dress take the smaller.

Sets
Two-piece sets are sold as one size covering both pieces. If you take different sizes on top and bottom, email support@woolbarn.shop before ordering — we can knit a split-size set from the same lot at no extra cost.
Fit and ease
Our crew and V-neck jumpers are cut with about 10 cm of ease. Oversized styles run 16 – 20 cm over. Rib knits are cut close and stretch to fit. Every product page lists the flat measurements for that specific style, because ease varies by shape more than by size.
